I have been on a journey to a healthy lifestyle for almost twenty years. When I was younger, I wanted to live a healthy lifestyle so I could lose weight and look better. For about fifteen years, I would join WW and lose maybe 20 or 25 pounds; leave the program and gain the weight back; join again and lose weight… I think you get the picture. When I turned forty-nine years old a few months after my brother passed away just before his fiftieth birthday, I took a serious look at my lifestyle. I needed to get serious about my health; I want to live to a ripe old age and enjoy that old age. I never looked back, and that has been almost three years. I don’t even think about eating healthy, exercising, and taking vitamins; it’s just what I do. I have never felt or looked better!
