My life is very much like the novels I enjoy reading. It has wonderful and some not-so-wonderful characters, plot twists, adventures, and lessons-learned. Each chapter has made me laugh, cry, reflect, and look forward to the next.
As the main character in the story of my life, I strive to be an interesting principal figure. Being a mother, grandmother, and sister are the roles I cherish. Time spent with my family fills my heart, and I am aware that I have been given the gift of an amazing family.
As I get older and realize how incredibly lucky I am to be given more time, I fill those hours, days, weeks, months, and years creating memories- memories for me and memories for those who I have the honor of including in my story.
Read the book. Take the trip. Eat the cake. Say yes to adventure. The story is yours. Go write it.
